Submit BOC-3 Filing

You can request a BOC-3 filing for your client by entering their docket number below. Review the request form that follows and select your payment option.

BOC-3 requests received prior to 2:00pm CST will be posted electronically to the FMCSA the same day. This information will be updated and available in your "My Client List" within 24 hours of posting.

NOTE: If your client has not yet been assigned a docket number and you want them to be added to our "Register Watch" listing, use the "Submit Register Watch" option.
